"Under All Is The Land" ... and from it came the basic element of our existence:
It is incumbent upon us, as Realtors, to provide informed professional service to the community, to help in making decisions which affect this most important asset. The Rochester Area Chapter of NYSCAR is a group of approximately 130 commercial real estate Broker and Affiliate members dedicated to promoting the interests of commercial real estate professionals in the Rochester Region. The jurisdiction of the Rochester Area Chapter is the geographic area of Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Livingston, Stueben, Yates, Seneca, and Eastern Orleans (east of Route 98) counties.
Our Chapter's Objectives:
- To foster and develop a knowledgeable membership in the marketing of commercial, industrial, and investment property through educational programs.
- To encourage and facilitate cooperation among Brokers engaged in marketing commercial, industrial, and investment real estate as a service to the public.
- To foster sound, prudent and ethical practices as they relate to marketing of commercial, industrial, and investment real estate.
|
|
Any person actively involved in the commercial real estate market in the Rochester Area is encouraged to join: - Networking -- Meetings scheduled each month provide opportunities to promote the individual's business and to meet fellow active members in the commercial real estate industry.
- Education -- Topics at the monthly meetings include development projects, tours of real estate and alternative methods to traditional real estate disposition methods.
- Ability to Participate -- Members have the opportunity to participate on a variety of levels. Committees are formed to address Education, Membership, Events, Legislative, Golf and Awards to name a few. There are many sub-committees formed for special events.
