LeFrois Development hosted our August 11 Luncheon Event at the Calkins Road Business Park at 245 Kenneth Drive. Approximately 40 members and their guests attended. Rich LeFrois, President, highlighted available properties and a tour of the space was offered. A Mini-Marketing Session, our regular new feature, took place and those attending were encouraged to share an available property, etc. Ted Welter, RAC NYSCAR President, discussed the upcoming September 14 Education Event, entitled, "Comprehensive Due Diligence is Key in Real Estate." The LeFrois event always caps off with the grand finale raffle, and there were two winners: Pete Gillett from North Forest Office Providers and Ted Welter from Buckingham Properties. Lunch was catered by Proietti's Italian Restaurant.
