Fifty-six members and their guests attended our June 23 RAC NYSCAR Luncheon event, sponsored by Buckingham Properties. The luncheon took place at Monroe’s Restaurant, located in the Spring House Commons on Monroe Avenue. A Broker Vote was conducted to amend the Rochester Area Chapter By-Laws to change the number needed for a quorum at the monthly Board of Directors meetings. The amendment was carried unanimously. A “Legal Corner” presentation was made by Seth Weinstein and Kristopher Vurraro, both from Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP, on the differences between various types of expansion options within a lease and the implications of each. The luncheon was capped off with a Mini-Marketing Session, which afforded everyone in attendance the opportunity to promote a listing, their services, wants and/or needs, etc.  Members and their guests arrive.
