We had a great turnout for our last luncheon event of 2011 on October 27! Over 56 members and their guests attended the luncheon hosted by Benderson Development at One HSBC Plaza. Joy House, from Benderson, also provided tours of their available space within the building, and there were two prize drawings for Deltasonic Car Wash 3-Paks. A Broker vote was held to vote on the nominations for the 2012 RAC NYSCAR Board of Directors and Officers. The vote was unanimously approved. Our luncheon also coincided with a full day education session sponsored by NYSCAR entitled, “Selling Investment and Commercial Properties…Issues, Money and Laws,” taught by Edward S. Smith, Jr. ITI. Eighteen people signed up and attended the education event. Nothnagle Commercial sponsored the Continental Breakfast for the Education Event. The Education Session ...
