We had good attendance for our all day Education Event hosted by Benderson Development and held in the Auditorium at One HSBC Plaza in Downtown Rochester. "Commercial Real Estate Overview" was presented by Edward J. Gallacher, CCIM, and all who attended earned 7.5 Continuing Education credits. The course examined concepts and analytic tools used in commercial real estate transactions and was designed to benefit both current practitioners and newcomers to the field. The course content was expanded to include examples of discounted cash flow analysis (DCF) and market profile/demographic studies for actual properties in the Rochester area.
Benderson Development also sponsored our luncheon event. Joy House, from Benderson, discussed new leasing opportunities at One HSBC Plaza and also gave a tour of some of their available space. To view pictures from this event, click on "Read More ..."
